How does the Counter Club work?
Pick your path — a House Box (the same traditional coffee every delivery) or the Discovery Club (the roaster's rotating small batches) — then grind, size and frequency. It takes under a minute. We roast to order and post it, and founding members get 10% off every delivery.
What's the difference between the House Box and the Discovery Club?
The House Box is no-fuss consistency: choose one of our traditional chocolatey, nutty medium-to-dark roasts and get that exact coffee on repeat. The Discovery Club rotates: the roaster picks exciting small batches — occasionally subscriber exclusives — in your choice of Espresso Discovery (bright, sweet espresso roasts) or Filter Discovery (light, fruity, juicy filter roasts).
How much is delivery?
1kg boxes ship completely free. Smaller 250g deliveries are £1.99 via Royal Mail large letter — it fits through your letterbox.
What are Counter Points?
You earn a point for every £1 you spend on coffee, plus bonuses for joining, referring friends and adding your birthday. Landmarks unlock real rewards: an extra 250g bag in your next box at 250 points, a free Airscape bean canister at 450, half price on your next box at 750, and a free month plus Club VIP — 20% off every delivery for life — at 1,500.

How does refer-a-friend work?
Share your personal link from your account. When your friend joins the Counter Club, you both get £10 credit off your Club boxes — and you pick up 100 Counter Points. There's no limit.
How fresh is the coffee?
We roast in small batches in Leicester and post your bag the same week it's roasted, usually within days of the roast date.
