Coffee Beans: Generally if your order is placed in the morning we will try to get it to you the next day. We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours. Coffee Beans have a 2.99 delivery charge on them, if you are in the leicester area we can arrange a local drop of service. We send our coffee through a courier service and not our own.
Coffee Machines: Although we will do our best to send all machines out to you within 48 hours of ordering, please allow 28 days for delivery and all machines and grinders have a £35.00 Delivery charge attached.
▪️ CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER.
Once you have placed your order you will be issued with an Email & order number confirmation, please quote the order number in any further communications
If you wish to cancel your order, providing it has not already been dispatched, we will simply refund your money. It is important that you notify us as quickly as possible – please email email@example.com or call us on 0116-2540380. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Similarly, if you wish to amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Again this will only be possible if your order has not already been dispatched.
The coffee counter is committed to providing you with the highest quality products.
If however you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased it can be returned to us, providing it is not more than 7 days since you received the goods and is in new condition with packaging still brand new and in tact. You will only receive a refund for cases of coffee that have not been opened or tampered with and for accessories that are in a brand new saleable condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
If goods are faulty, or if you receive a product that you did not order, we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or refund provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Although faulty coffee machines will ultimately be dealt with direct by the manufacturer, so that we can facilitate you sorting the problem, please contact Info@thecoffeecounter.co.uk or call us on 0116-2540380 in the first instance.

We accept payments via PayPal, Visa, and UK Visa Debit Cards & cheque. For payment via Cheque, items will only be send once payments have been cleared completely. Payment over £250 must be direct bank payment or cheque only.

Our customer service team can be contacted from 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. A 24 hour answer machine is also provided should you wish to contact us outside office hours. Also if landline in unanswered due to site our regular site visits and engineering requests, you can call 07545431108 as a backup.
All grinders come with a 12 months parts only warrantee (back to base) direct with manufacturer.
Domestic coffee machines and some 1group commercial machines come with a 12 months back to base warrantee direct with manufacturer
Commercial Coffee machines come with a 12 months parts only warrantee as standard on our site. This again is direct with manufacturer
All machines warrantee’s are only valid as per instruction by manufacturer, if Correct water filters are purchased or provided along with the installation of your purchased machine regardless of regional area. Any claims due to improper daily cleaning or machine scale will not be accepted i.e blockages due to scale or improper cleaning.
All installations must be completed by a VAT registered coffee engineer with proof of such steps in case of warrantee claims with manufacturer.
If machines have been damaged clearly from misuse or customer handling damage, claims will not be accepted.
